Screencap from the Wikipedia page on the word ‘dyke’. Oh, I’m sorry, so lesbians are allowed to use the term to refer to bisexual women with or without their permission or regard for their own preferred label (which is, you know, bisexual, instead of ‘half gay’ or ‘really a lesbian but says she’s bi’), but bisexual women still can’t reclaim the term for themselves? It’s only okay when used by lesbian women, even when referring to other women, and even if it perpetuates more bisexual erasure and stereotypes that many lesbian women themselves dislike (such as assigning a fashion that lesbians must adhere to in order to be recognised as ‘real’ lesbians)?

I call bullshit. Again.
